Angkor Wat was initially built as a hindu temple dedicated to Shiva, but was later converted into a buddhist temple. Killing Cave  Killing caves at Phnom Samou - they got their name due to murders committed here during the civil war, where people where thrown down through a skylight above to their certain death. Serendipity Beach  Serendipity beach in Sihanoukville. Not a good idea to come here during Chinses new year, as the beach - and town - was spilled with chinese families. Three Island Boat Tour Phnom Penh  Monument to the king, in front of his palace in Phnom Penh. Killing Fields  Memorial stup at the killing fields of Choeung Ek, reminding of the horrors of the ciivil war. On these grounds, dozends of thousands of Cambodian people have been murdered in most brutal ways and buried in mass graves.
